A little bit about me: I have a passion for building community. I’m a natural maximizer, meaning I find the potential in my colleagues and enjoy the process of helping them develop, cultivate, and grow their skills to advance our shared goals. As a director and manager, I value open communication, transparency, and constant analysis. For the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to ensuring that the teams I’m in and the teams I lead reach record goals and learn how to fluorish under pressure.

I'm known as someone who "gets things done," because I always look for innovative, nontraditional paths to find solutions and fix problems. I'm an action-oriented, strategic self-starter with a proven knack for obtaining excellent results.

I'm also a leader in my community, having served in numerous leadership positions to fight for greater diversity in government, elect women into leadership positions in politics, and advocate for forward-thinking values.
